            In old days, this farmstead was called water-mill of Gazdai. It is in village of Gazdai at 9 kilometers distance from town of Kalvarija. This surrounded by woods farmstead, is settled on the banks of the river Gazda where everyone can find quietness and privacy. Guests can hear falling water's sound, which makes feeling of the rain outside the window.

This farmstead is settled in old water-mill's premises where peasants mill one's cron 100 years ago. There are six double rooms refurbished to a high standard in this farmstead. It is possible to put little beds in case if the big family arrives. In every apartment is bathroom. Guests can enjoy sauna, swimming pool, natural water cascades, and organize party for 20 persons in the banquet room. Guests, who like fishing, will have opportunity to enjoy fishing in pond fool of trout and carps. In summer and autumn forests are fool of mushrooms and soft fruit.          Guests are welcome to enjoy being in wild nature, fishing, riding a bike, swimming by boat even for sort day. Hosts offer three meals per day. Meal's cost is 30Lt. per day for one person. This farmstead satisfies the requirements of Europe standards and if you decide to accept our offer, you will have good time
